Malmaison's first birthday party
The citys movers and shakers gathered at the Mal on Princes Dock recently to celebrate a hugely successful first year of breeding mal life into Liverpool.
Guests were treated to signature mal cocktails including the special ‘plum collins’ which was created specifically for the birthday celebrations by the award winning mixologists.
Head chef Paul Smith created special canapés showcasing the very best of Merseyside’s homegrown produce and Head Sommelier Pavlos Shakas was on hand to give private wine tasting to compliment the lavish cheese and charcuterie boards.
The hotels General Manager, Mark James said ‘We’re absolutely delighted with how Liverpool has welcomed the Mal over the last 12 months we couldn’t be more pleased to be in the city at such an exciting time.’
