Players from Caldy Rugby Club tested the new Healthy Living menu at stylish restaurant Gusto in Heswall last week.

The menu which has been designed by Gusto's Executive Chef in partnership with nutritional biochemist Jeannette Jackson BSc (hons) and in association with the Addidas Wellness Clinic, aims to belie the myth that 'if it's good for you it can't be interesting'. The new Healthy Living menu shows exactly what calories, fat, carbohydrates and salt are in the food. The menu, designed to be healthy, proves that healthy living can also be fulfilling, and can even fill up a Rugby team!
