DLIB Chairman's dinner

DLIB held its first Chairman's dinner of 2009 at the fabulous Alma De Cuba, where guests were treated to a superb menu and some of the establishments finest wines.
Items for discussion at the invitation only event included the council's proposed car parking charges and Downtown's programme for the forthcoming year.
