Colin McKeown, Producer of Moving ON, celebrated the launch of the 5 x 45 minute drama which began this week on BBC1 at 2.15pm. Moving on was shot locally in and around Kirkdale and each episode is self contained and they are all unique and contemporary stories the unifying bond between all of the stories is very simple - Characters living in today's society are exposed to a whole range of accumulative pressures, often these pressures force a turning point in peoples lives and therefore a conflict, which we try to portray in all of our stories and from that turning point people have to MOVE ON. The cast list includes some great giants of the industry mixed with a lot of strong local talent. For instance we have Sheila Hancock, Dervla Kirwan,
