Liverpool has always been the Capital of Style - how lucky are we to have home grown talent like Philip Armstrong on our doorstep!
Philip has a habit of producing stunning couture pieces - but this bridal gown has to be one of my favourites.
Congratulations to Maroola and Darren Spencer who married at Crewe Hall at the weekend - The bride looking stunning in one of
Philips finest creations - Well done Philip - What an amazing dress and a gorgeous bride!

The Mayor and Mayoress of Wirral, Andrew and Kathryn Hodson, held their second charity ball at the stylish Thornton Hall Hotel last week. The event was in aid of the Mayors Charities and raised £6000 for several worthwhile local causes. The dinner, organised in association with Diamond Events, was supported by 140 of the 'Wirral Set' who enjoyed the fine food, wine and entertainment, many of whom have pre-booked for the next ball which takes place in March next year.

Actor Mark Moraghan and DJ Nicky Campbell helped Claire House Children's hospice celebrate its 10th birthday in style.
The stars took to the stage at the Pavillion Suite, Chester Racecourse, with their fusion of new and classic swing, ensuring that the evening was a memorable one.
Guests at the black tie event organised in honour of the hospice enjoyed a lavish three course meal at the stylish Chester venue, followed by an evening of first class music and entertainment.

With Campbell's song writing expertise previously being described as a 'revelation' and Moraghan's singing as 'blazing excellence', the audience was not disappointed.
Abi Smith, Area Fundraising Manager, said: "Thanks to everyone for helping to raise a fantastic £11,000 for the hospice.
"This was just one of a number of fabulous events organised for the hospice in order to mark the first decade of providing expert care to children with life-limiting conditions and much needed support to their families.

"The exciting atmosphere, together with the fantastic performance from the band, truly made the night an unforgettable one."
The fundraising event was generously sponsored by local support groups Cheshire Jets and Best of Chester whose continued backing ensured that the celebrations got underway without a hitch.

A cool midweek beer to ease you through the rest of the week sounds truly mouth-watering, throw in some delicious PanAsian cuisine and you have the perfect combination.

PanAsian restaurant HoSt on Hope Street held a beer tasting dinner with the renowned, Robert Cain Brewery last night.

Over 70 guests attended and enjoyed five different beers paired with carefully selected dishes which complimented the flavours of the brews; guests were also talked through each course by Cains Brewery Co-Owner, Sudarghara Dusanj and Colin Manning, Co-Owner of HoSt.

The decadent setting of Tallulahs in New Brighton was the venue for a Matalan fashion show last week to raise funds for Wirral Witches. Jackie Thompson organised the showcase with hair and make-up being provided by Jumi Hairdressing and clothing supplied by Matalan in Bromborough. The latest Autumn and Winter ranges were showcased along with lingerie and footwear, with incredible low cost outfits amazing the 100 or so guests. The event was superbly hosted by the only male Witch of the Coven, Peter Price.
